This ensures they\u2019re always in the loop.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Improved Employer Notifications for Employee Changes<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As you know, UZIO notifies employers when an employee updates their own profile.
