These enhancements aim to streamline our customers&#8217; administrative processes.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Highlights<\/h3>\n<p><b>Platform Access for Terminated Employees<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Terminated employees can now securely access the UZIO web platform with limited permissions to view and <strong>download essential documents like pay stubs, W-2s<\/strong>, and personal information details following the end of their employment.<\/p>\n<p><b>Enhancements in Benefits Contribution Strategies<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve expanded the flexibility of our Reference Plan configuration, now supporting <strong>class-level reference plans<\/strong> and offering more control over how employer and employee contributions are structured. This gives our customers greater precision and alignment with their organization\u2019s benefits strategy.
